Higher Vocational Education Training Mode Reform Research

Since the founding of the country, especially since the reform and opening up, China has a rapid development of higher vocational education career. But as a result of subjective and objective reasons, such as our concept and practice of education, practice, practice means, teaching contents and methods are relatively lag; Talent training model has not well adapt to the needs of economic construction, social development and reform. This article obtains from the training mode of higher vocational education reform. This paper expounds the urgency and significance of higher vocational education training mode reform. It introduces the national defense science and technology in Anhui Institute of Vocational Education training mode reform, and analyzes the problems existing in the education training mode reform. Combined with the development of higher vocational education in advanced countries experience at the same time, the analysis of several typical training mode at home and abroad research, by comparing the patterns of training target, connotation, main ways, main characteristics, such as development idea, the paper gives the advantages and disadvantages, each pattern summing up the development trend of higher vocational education training mode, training mode to reform to provide a large number of reference.Finally, the training mode of higher vocational education at the present stage in China faced with the problem. The author thinks that to understand deeply the development of higher vocational education training mode, and the right attitude towards the problems existing in the higher vocational education training mode existing, in deepening the reform of education effectively promote the reform of higher vocational education training mode. And put forward the countermeasures to push forward the reform of higher vocational education training mode.
