Reform And Practice Research Of Talent Training Mode Of County Vocational Education

The county vocational education bears the burden of cultivating high-quality skilled talents who can meet the needs of county industries development and promote the development of county economy and society. This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire, interview, etc. to do positive research on the case of Luoyuan County of Fujian Province. I conduct a survey on the quality and mode of talent training by interviewing certain enterprises and graduates. This paper presents the current status of county vocational education according to the facts and analyses the efficient causes of conducting reform of talent training mode to research the reform of talent training mode of Luoyuan county vocational education by field survey. After considering the reform seriously, I propose some methods to promote the reform of talent training mode of county vocational education.According to the survey results, there are several problems in talent training mode of county vocational education. The major setting cannot well accommodate with county economic and social development. The goals of talent training are not precise. The design of courses is not reasonable enough. The teaching of major courses is not practical and the teaching during internship is not timely, besides, the evaluation system is not comprehensive, etc. To tackle the above problems, the county government implements the reform of talent training mode in full-time vocational education, non-full-time vocational education and county vocational training. At the end, we reflect the reform process. We propose the thought of modern vocational education and set up specialized majors to fit the development of county economy and society. We also improve the construction of county vocational educational center and public training base. All these efforts are to improve the reform of talent training mode of county vocational education.
