Rural youth crime is a social focus problem. Minors’ healthy growth is relatedto the happiness of a family life. More than that, it is important to nationalprosperous and developed. Due to the inappropriate family education, psychologicaldevelopment, the unhealthy social factors such as reason, it’s easy for rural minors tobe addicted to the society, life, money. Their outlook on life and values is easilyaffected, and it is lead to their attitude to extreme, extreme behavior, and even crime.Our country is an agricultural country, and rural population accounts for nearly60%of the total population. Generally speaking, rural youth crime has become a socialproblem attracted much attention and legal issues. In recent years, with China’seconomic and social development, rural youth crime is not only confined to theft,fight, but also has the underworld, drug abuse, prostitution and other violent crimes.Further, the history of the new rural construction task will be borne by the nextgeneration of rural minors, as a result, rural youth crime prevention is important toreducing minor crimes and promoting socialist new rural construction. It is of greatsignificance to the construction of social harmony and stability.By investigation and study of102administrative villages belonged to DongningCounty in Heilongjiang Province, in a large number of access to domestic andforeign relevant law, morality, education, psychology and other disciplines based onthe research data and books, the integrated using of literature method, data analysis,case analysis, and combining with the regional culture, economic development,family influence, social factors and so on, the author deeply analyzes the mainproblems on Dongning County rural characteristics, the present situation, the causesof minors crime, and get the the conclusion that the rural minor crime age,materialistic, adult and fiendish to take, and from the angles of macroscopic andmicroscopic, to society, education, the rule of law, the family, such as psychologicalfactors as the breakthrough point for further analysis. From a macro point of view,on the lack of moral cognition, the mass media regulation is lax and the shortage ofleft-behind minors parents care is an important factor, which could lead to anincrease in rural minor crime; From the microcosmic perspective, the influence of family factors, school education respectively and the shortage of individualself-discipline has profound influence on rural minor crime. Finally, I put forwardthe related countermeasures of preventing the rural juvenile delinquency Dongningcounty. I hope that through this study to further enrich the theoretical study related toand can provide experience reference on the prevention of juvenile crime in ruralareas to other areas.
