The Research On The Roles Of Local Governments To Optimize The Entrepreneurial Environment Of College Students

A good, effective and improved entrepreneurial environment is very important to college students. It requires college students entrepreneurs, universities, society, government to give full play their respective roles and work closely together. The local government is the most important position in the construction of college students’entrepreneurial environment. At present, governments at all levels made unremitting efforts in entrepreneurship policy formulation and implementation, venture capital raising entrepreneurial environment perfect and achieved some results and experiences. However, there are still some problem exist in College Students’Enterprising,like low participation rate, low success rate and difficult problems. The emergence of these problems is not only the lack of awareness, skills and experience of college students, but also government played their roles insufficiently. If these problems can not be effectively addressed, it will have a bad effect on the students’ entrepreneurial environment, hinder the long-term development of college students’ entrepreneurial activity. By doing a survey of college students’entrepreneurial activity of Jiangsu Province and the entrepreneurial environment satisfaction survey, we received a careful analysis of the current obstacles and difficulties in the entrepreneurial environment of college students, and made recommendations for local government to further improve the work of college students’entrepreneurial activity.Except the introduction and the conclusion, this thesis comprises of four parts. In the conclusion, it briefly describes the background of the proposal of the problem, the current situation at home and abroad, the train of thought in this research, and the method of doing this research. In the first part, it is the relevant concepts and theory of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial environment and other related theories to obtain a reasonable theoretical support for the later analysis of the survey preparation. In the second part,we get a lot of first-hand information, combined with the objective reality of university students in Jiangsu Province for the formation of entrepreneurial environment evaluation, further did the satisfaction surveys of entrepreneurial environment in Jiangsu Province, focus on college students entrepreneurial environment system problems and discussed the reasons affecting business students by interviews.The third part of the study summed up the experience of optimizing the entrepreneurial environment and screening these successful experiences to our government’s approach which can learn from by comparing the domestic and foreign advanced experiences.And finally, it made recommendations to the government.Government needs to strengthen efforts in the future work of the characteristics of students, start understanding entrepreneurial environment, to further broaden the financing channels and increase financial support; further accelerate the university reform and establish good entrepreneurship education system; build a sound policy support system and improve government’ management; further strengthen the entrepreneurial culture and improve the business climate. At the same time, the government should coordinate all forces, integrate social resources, systematic management policies and institutions, providing better and stronger support to college students’ entrepreneurial environment.In the conclusion, it concludes the main ideas in this thesis and points out the direction for the further research.
