Using the method of experiment,the effects of contract self-training courses on special sports scores of high school students are achieved in this paper.According to the characteristics of different training levels and achieved of athletes,the" self-training"guiding ideology,teaching procedure,teaching goal,teaching strategy and the teaching practice are constructed.In addition,self-training courses is a new type of classroom teaching by using the model of self-exploration,self-monitoring and self-built under the new curriculum.It is to awaken students’self-awareness of training and to enable students to master the method of self training.Comparing this method with the traditional training method,we can conclude that the traditional training is student-centered,and self-training and contract training is to return the initiative to the students, so that the students themselves become the subject of training.They design the training plan, analysis and solve the problems,and always pay attention to training of their own,by which to explain this scientific and practical teaching mode.Through the observation and test for16weeks,the experimental subjects were analyzed and we can get the conclusion:comparative analysis of each group before and after the experiment results shows that after the test in the experiment group,the control group and the experimental results before the experiment group and the control group compared has obvious differences there are improvements differently.
