The concept of psychological contract was introduced into the management field in the 1960s. However, from the late 1980s, academic circle differs on the understanding of the source of this concept, therefore, the school debate, which was triggered from this research field exists to this day. This paper considers the research on psychological contract all should be based on the bidirectional visual angle, this could make the true sense of psychological contract theory and its exertion get a long-term development, and aims to the current issues, made the logic amendment to the existing definition of psychological contract, further reveals the essential property of this concept.In view of the grim situation that declining style of study existing in the current colleges, only use the System contract and traditional ideological education which were feasible in the past could not fully meet the demand of college construction under the new situation. Thereby, colleges urgently need the psychological contract which is the counterpart of the general contract to influence attitude and behavior of the teachers and students. Hence, this paper attempts to discuss and analyze the mechanism of mutual influence to each other's psychology and behavior between teachers and students from psychological contract view, expecting to offer more convincing theory evidence for colleges to apply psychological contract to strengthen the management of teachers and students behavior, also, to offer a new kind of route and approach to strengthen style of study construction, and turn around the slide tendency of style of study under the popularization of higher education as background.This paper first constructed a teachers– students psychological contract model, made the relationship between psychology expectation and psychological contract clear. Then regarded the college teachers and students as the main subjects of psychological contract, developed a questionnaire to effective survey to the bidirectional psychological contracts and successfully separated both of the psychological contract content which from teacher-student mutual expectation and the differences as well as sameness of the related obligations between teachers and students from freshman and junior. Last, Delphi technique was applied to divide the psychological contract into two dimensions. Further, used correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to validate the teacher-student psychological contract's fulfillment situation are significant correlate, and teachers implement the correlative obligation exert the positive effect to the students study behavior.
