Strengthening the physical quality of youth race walking athletes training plays a positive role in sports training, can generally improve the overall training level and athletic performance of athletes, Using a variety of training methods and combination of training method can’maximum limit raise the level of athlete’s special movement. And through scientific training, the athletes’physical quality has been greatly improved and BHR athletes has improved. It directly linked to changes the physical quality and the movement achievement youth race walking athletes with their heart rate increase, the young athletes training heart rate testing found that heart rate decreased obviously, indicated that the body produces a good adaptable changes. In the athlete’s physical quality training methods in our country is still in the exploratory stage, so the body quality is one of the key factors to decide the competitive ability of athletes.The thesis uses the methods of literature and documentation, questionnaire survey, experimental and mathematical statistics of the measured data were analyzed, and through walking exercise training experts and coaches questionnaire to screen teenagers walking exercise special physical quality training methods and training plan, walking to xi’an sports college juniors20athletes (male8female12) special physical quality training methods of the experiments. The measured data were statistically treated, using Microsoft Excel2003for data entry, and adopts Spssl7.0data to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the arrangement. The major conclusions are as followings:1.According to the expert score optimization the most effective training methods In the race youth team physical quality training are:the general strength training means are thrown up and down around solid sphere, leverage the swivel, lever elevated, hand holding his shoulder, the abdominal muscles posterior group muscles; the generally endurance training methods are field8km walking, the field jogging35to45minutes, general cross-country race,40to50minutes ball games; the general speed training methods are high frequency step walking, standing fast swing arm imitation practice, walking fast continuous supine leg exercise, slope walking; The general flexibility and coordination training means are heel walk, step walk, cross step, straight arm backward large circles walk, holding a head, a balance pad single leg static squat.2.According to the expert score optimization the most effective training methods In the race youth team Special physical quality training are:Special speed, speed endurance training methods are to control a certain amount of time, speed and volume of4groups of2K.M,8groups of1KM,15groups of0.5KM,6groups of2KM,7groups of1.6KM,15groups of1KM; Special endurance training methods are to control a certain amount of time, speed and amount of2groups of5km,5groups of2, 4groups of3km,5groups of5km,7groups of3KM,9groups of2km; Specific strength, strength, endurance training means are striding to hip, from60to80m, step2~3groups, then walk60to80m,2~3groups, heel quick walk (upward), from60to80m,2~3groups, jumping; special flexibility, coordination training means are a lunge stretch, half sitting on one leg stretching the hip ball, ball pull hip, straddle sit side stretching,"8" swing exercises.3. This may indicate that there are significant differences, in order to improve the effect of male specific results, two groups of women the training means.4. By the statistical analysis of male and female groups before training indexes of physical quality test results after the discovery, male, female two groups before training in the indexes of physical quality without significant difference. After the training, the indexes of male, female two groups have different degrees of improvement, indicated that the training methods played a positive role in promoting changes in the physical.5.Through the analysis of testing before and after male, female group of walking juniors average heart rate, In a period of training, male, female groups members of the heart rate training before the average decrease of1.3%and1.1%. The body has good adaptability for change.
