As the inherent structural contradictions in school reform,"common interest" is essentially a manifestation of practice rationality. It’s the game result of practice about the administrators, teachers, students and other stakeholders in school management. For the maintenance of "common interests" in school reform, suppressed desires and discipline individuals are simple and incorrect ways. In contrast, school reform should accept "the individual as the origin ", avoid regulating campus human’s reform practice beyond their individual situation and simply from the political and ideological requirements.Nowadays, the dissimilation of " common interest" in school reform is so obvious. This phenomenon is shown as follows:Abstraction. School management was led by various programmatic dogmas, which interest subject can not internalized it into their idea and practice it into their school life. Specialization.Using the incomplete regulation or the loop of supervision to transfer their special interest into common interest or the interest of the individual into common interest. Using monopoly instead of individual and personal will replace of common vision, which make the common interest essentially nihility.As the problems of abstraction, specialization and nihility, the reconstruction of common interest in school reform is necessarily a process of interest adjustment and its normalization and institutionalization. the basic strategies as follows:promote individual" coupling ", reconstruct the interests identity of campus human; avoid all kinds of "fake", perfect the prevention mechanism against corruption; carry out multiple " symbiosis ", cultivate consciousness of solicitudes based on the principle of boundary; provide more "anger outlet", expanding the legitimacy and legalization on campus human’s behaviors of rights defense.
