The public Senior High School biology Curriculum Standards (the experimental version) emphasize the ability to explore science, comprehend the relation between bioscience, biotechnology and science in the hope of improving the students’ level of literacy in bioscience. The PEP version of public Senior High School biology Curriculum is abundant in the history of bioscience. Under the guidance of new Curriculum ideology, scientific philosophical view and theories of constructing socialist education and teaching, this paper researches the practice of STS Education infiltration into Senior High School biology teaching by document analysis, survey and action research. According to the survey and analysis on the STS Education infiltration teaching of junior and senior teachers from some towns and villages of Pu Tian city, most teachers adopts the way of preaching in bioscience class, neglecting the importance of experiencing. They ignore the cultivation of students’ practicing abilities and the teaching of the relation between bioscience, biotechnology and society. In response to the above problems, the public Senior High School biology Curriculum Standards presents the overall contents of STS Education infiltration, explores the teaching strategy thereon, provides examples of teaching practice in a whole semester, and deeply researches the teaching feedbacks of STS Education infiltration in bioscience. It has great reference value on research of the interaction between infiltration science, technology and society.
