With a new round of education reform and quality education,teachers must focus on core literacy when setting teaching goals.Nowadays,knowledge changes are accelerating.In order to cultivate innovative talents,scientific inquiry ability has become an indispensable part.The concentration of scientific history as an inquiry experience of scientists is extremely suitable for cultivating scientific inquiry skills.Therefore,this study uses the history of biological science to train students' scientific inquiry ability,and summarizes teaching experience through practical research and summarizes teaching experience in order to provide reference for biological teaching.This study uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and control experiment method to carry out the research.Based on the biology classroom in senior high school,this study takes the students in grade one of senior high school as the research object.The research contents mainly include:(1)the research status of the history of science and improving students' inquiry ability at home and abroad;(2)Investigation on the current situation of infiltrating the history of science into senior high school biology to improve students' inquiry ability;(3)Carry out the teaching practice research of cultivating students' scientific inquiry ability based on the history of biological science.According to the students' learning situation and in combination with the history of biological science,the teaching case design is carried out from the six dimensions of improving students' inquiry ability,and the two teaching design schemes of "the structure and function of cell membrane" and "the enzyme that reduces the activation energy of chemical reaction" in the new high school biology textbook molecule and cell published by the people's education press are selected for presentation.At the end of teaching practice,the self-made scientific inquiry ability test paper is used for testing,and the pre-test and post test data are statistically analyzed to draw research conclusions.Through teaching practice studies,(1)the history of biological science can improve students' scientific inquiry ability;(2)give full play to the role positioning of students as the main body of learning,teachers as guiders;(3)integrating the history of biological science into the teaching The teaching approach is diversified and the teaching methods are diversified.
