With the continuous advent of the big wave of Micro information in our study and life,more and more undergraduate students have stepped into the era of Micro learning.The Micro courses were presented primarily in a manner of videos to adapt to the arrival of Micro learning.the feature of Micro courses is short and pithy and it requires the learners to pay close attention to one knowledge point so that they can get rid of the space-time restriction produced by the traditional instruction.with the superiority,learner's fragmented time was utilized for their micro learning.Whenever they are and whatever they do.Considering the feature and function of WeChat and Micro courses,Integrating the former with the letter,thinking about the learning characteristics of self-directed learning,according to the learner's cognitive disorder to construct the Micro courses which was supported by the WeChat public platform.so that can adapt to the learning needs and the need talent cultivation mode.WeChat is a platform that can create infinite possibilities.increasing people rely on subscription of WeChat to collect the information they need and learn the useful micro knowledge point they want by making use of their fragmented time.As an open platform applied to the education,WeChat public platform provides learners with an excellent place to study.Based on the discussion of the connotation and implication of micro courses,this article connects the research situation between domestic and foreign with the implication circumstances,then we analyze the advantages of Micro courses in the WeChat public platform to design and develop the Micro courses.Using the frontal chromatography to analyze the learners who are about to join the courses learning.we collect the feedback information by delivering the questionnaire.then we analyze the informants' basic information,their habit when using the public platform of WeChat and their preference about the application of Micro courses.According to the associated learning theories,we compare the public platform of WeChat with the other kinds of social media which also supports learning on the basement of our survey result,then conclude the principle of design and develop the Micro courses from three aspects and we utilize the principle to design a set of universal development process successfully.In this article,we have designed the Micro courses instructional applied model successfully which was supported by the public platform of WeChat,what's more,we apply the model to our instructional activities when design and develop Micro courses.The author take the Micro courses named Internet+ management for example to design and develop a series of Micro courses,in order to apply it to assist the practical instruction,we open the public number of the Micro courses in the platform of WeChat.After a period of studying time,we analyze the background data from user analysis,image-text analysis,menu analysis and message analysis these four aspects to check out the learner's efficiency.finally,the article discussed whether the Micro courses we design and develop can complementary to the instructional applied model which was supported by the public platform of WeChat and whether these Micro courses produced the interaction of different learner's performance.
