Research On Employment Guidance In Higher Medical University

Since our country’s higher education enrollment expansion policy began, higher education from elite education to popular education step by step. This makes more and more young people have the opportunity to receive higher education, and also laid the foundation of talent for our country social and economy development. However, the expansion of higher education scale, also make the university students’ employment become increasingly fierce competition. The problem of employment of university students has been increasingly prominent, and the severe employment situation has become a fact. It has important influence for the development of Chinese higher education and economic development, social stability and progress. Because of the particularity of the profession, the higher medical university students need more professional employment guidance. So, under the current pressure from the competition in the society, to guide the higher medical university graduates for career planning and establish employment guidance is an important content and key link for employment guidance work in higher medical university. In this thesis, through the survey of some medical university in Fujian province, we can understand the current situation of employment guidance work in higher medical university. And we also find out the existing problems and analyze the reasons. We put forward the countermeasure and suggestion to solve these problems, and discuss the construction of employment guidance in higher medical university. We can establish systematic, scientific, normative and practical employment guidance to improve the students’ professional quality and ability. So that we can improve the employment guidance work of higher medical university, and we can meet the demand of employment for medical university student.Based on the current situation of employment guidance work for higher medical university, to put forward the points need to be improved. We combine the reality of higher medical university and learn the experience from foreign universities to improve the employment guidance work.The study is divided into five chapters:Chapter I, introduction.Mainly discussed the origin of the problem,the background and significance of the topic, literature review and possible innovations.Chapter Ⅱ, the theoretical basis on employment guidance.ChapterⅢ, the current situation of employment guidance work for higher medical university, including the existing problems and the analysis of the existing problems.ChapterIV, to build employment guidance work for higher medical university and discuss safeguards for building the employment guidance work in higher medical university.ChapterV, the Conclusions and Suggestions. To summarize the construction of employment guidance and put forward the improvement suggestion.
