Research On The Management Of The Sports Tea Ms Of Middle School Students In China From Th E Perspective Of WSR Theory

The paper researches is on a subject about the management of middle school students’sports teams. The study aims at studying the present situation of the management about the school traditional football teams in Fujian province. The research methods used in this paper are WSR system methodology, experts interview, Literature Review Method, on-the-spot investigation, questionnaire survey, logical reasoning and so forth, with which we set questionnaire survey to the object of study, and then analyze the available information and data.Since the sports team of middle school contains a complex system which is restricted by many factors. In order to solve the management problems of the sports teams in middle schools effectively, we must analysis the problems existing in the management scientifically and systematically. Based on this idea, this paper applies WSR system methodology to solving the problems in the system on the management of the sports teams of middle school students. This paper research the traditional football school of Xiamen No.2Middle School in Fujian province and Fuzhou foreign language school about the management status with "physical" factors management factors and human factors. This paper reveals the problems on the management in the sports teams of traditional football school in Fujian province, such as the imperfection of sports facilities, the low per capita area, the lack of management consciousness in sports teams, the blindness and randomness in the management of the sports teams, the oneness of the funding channel which mainly relies on the government, Besides, the management methods are over-dated and the system of competition intensifies the contradiction between learning and training etc. Based on the Physics-Logic-WSR system method theory, the paper puts forward to the feasible suggestions for sports teams management system of middle school students in China, as well as setting a solid theoretical basis and reliable guarantee for a healthy development to middle school sports teams in China. and the personnel training mode of the combination of sports and education to provide a solid theoretical basis and reliable guarantee.
