For the study" highlights three core force of grip arm" to student learning badminton confidence and interest in learning technology theory, the impact of technology hitting the inner mechanisms of action and appearance aspects of teaching effectiveness, we use the experimental method and its questionnaire specific research. Experimental groups were compared using the design for one academic year teaching experiment subjects Beijing University of Physical Education2012badminton shuttlecock28special students (24boys and4girls4), the experimental group were "outstanding teaching force three core " teaching, control group using conventional teaching methods conducted before and after the experiment to test subjects and questionnaire-based access to data neededResults:Two teaching methods can effectively improve the students’ theoretical and operational capabilities batting technique, speed and special fitness ball. But the experiment in the experimental group and the control group theoretical results, a number of technical skills assessment scores, hitting energy consumption, and many other indicators have a very significant difference (P<0.01), batting swing speed with a significant difference (P<0.05); and student survey also found that the experimental group learning confidence is rising in a school year, the control classes students learn confidence declined. Conclusions:Compared with conventional teaching methods,"highlighting throe core force approach" system to help students better grasp the theoretieal knowledge badminton batting technique; more conducive to the formation of both the student has reasonable internal mechanisms and the correct external actions form batting technique; more conducive to enhance students’ ability to whip arm acceleration to achieve in a relatively shorter period of time and distance to produce a faster swing speed; more effective action to avoid the daily habits of negative transfer of learning badminton accelerate the similarity between learning techniques are migrating to shorten the teaching cycle; able to simplify complex badminton skill learning, lower technical learning curve, very conducive to students’confidence and interest in learning.
