In recent years, flipped classroom is in full swing in United States, and achieved good results. This has triggered a new wave of educational reform in China. The application of reverse teaching puts upside down the traditional teaching structure to format "flipped classroom". Reverse teaching which supports on information technology and take micro-video resources as the core, achieves reversal of external teaching structure while achieves teaching philosophy, teaching methods inherent reversal to promote the improvement of the quality of teaching.In China, The public course "Modern Educational Technology" is the main way to foster the applicative ability of modern educational technology of normal school students. But the effect has been unsatisfactory. I try to reform the experimental teaching of this course in order to improve the ability. Reverse teaching is a complete reversal. Students purely learn new knowledge outside class and entirely discuss inside class. Considering our current school system, I believe that 100% reverse isn’t desirable, because it’s likely to cause teaching confusion and effect the function of school. I read lots of literature related to reverse teaching, study the connotation and theoretical basis of reverse teaching deeply, combining the advantages of traditional teaching, The paper is trying to design a reverse teaching about the experiment teaching to realize "partial inversion", and implemented in level 2012 chemistry department at my university, verify the validity of this application finally.The study is divided into the following sections:first, I clear the sense of this reform through analyzing the study background of the reformation of this course. Secondly, I discuss the theoretical basis of experimental teaching reform from the constructive theory of teaching, blended learning theory and humanistic learning theory. Moreover, I explore the relationship between the experimental teaching and the training of the applicative ability of modern educational technology to clear the function about reverse teaching in the training room. Again, I analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the application about reverse teaching, designed experimental course and implemented. Finally, I analyzed the implementation of results from classroom teaching quality, student work, communication on platform and student access.
