Badminton sport belongs to overall accuracy control hit the sports category, is a single hand-held racket hit accuracy control movement project, striking techniques should be with the principle of biomechanics, will become more perfect. Whether it is for badminton competition or as a general fitness activity, require participants on the ground to keep running, jumping, turning, swing, and use a variety of batting technique and footwork will return to strike the ball is on the pitch, which required participants to have upper and lower limbs and waist muscle strength and good physical.However, there are still some problems in the amateur badminton enthusiast in the power issue, such as:hit the high clear、smash、pick the ball, still using the traditional mechanical" whipping action" principle、swinging arm、shoulder and so on (in batting, shoulder、elbow and active force,resulting in the wrist joint passive force), instead of relying on a wrist joint driving force, shoulder elbow release active、 coordination of wrist force. These problems not only cause them after hitting the ball fly, but also can cause produce negative effect on the body go down for a long time and cause the movement damage, such as the shoulder elbow pain. In badminton sport with power alternative control is not feasible, the final exercise participants’ limbs force, instead of on the ball control ability and on a variety of pitches of the flexible handle. Moreover, badminton movement belongs to hit the sports category, so the whips principle applied to the badminton technology must be misleading. Especially with whip mechanics principle during the swing, when filming started quickly after that, unable to change the strength, direction of the force and the racquet face angle; unable to temporarily change the original techniques. The Reactive force applied to the badminton movement, can not only increase the participants on ball control and batting distance degree, but also reduce the power loss when participants.Because of the high altitude and the air density is small, play badminton in the high elevation area, badminton in flight by the air resistance is small, flying more quickly than low altitude, so this research mainly through literature、experimental、 interview and mathematical statistics methods and so on, taking the high clear、 smash and pick the ball techniques for example, the reaction force in different altitude badminton application effect research, draw the following conclusions:1. The reactive force applied to a different altitude in badminton exercise effect is remarkable, can effectively improve experimental object badminton on the control ability. In the high elevation area so that the strength of the subjects in the high clear, pick the ball technology reduced back to the ball may, force small experimental object increases the intensity of the ball; in smash, smash speed can improve the test object. At low altitudes, can improve the distance and smash speed, accurate control back to the landing point of the ball.2. The reactive force applied to a different altitude in badminton sport, with the force change of mechanism, experimental subjects before hitting the self-confidence is also improved, no longer worrying about the ball back to the quality and misses the opportunity.3. The reactive force applied to a different altitude in badminton sport, the wrist" Centrifugal elongated-Concentric contraction" time determines the strength of experimental subjects. The shorter the time to produce the greater power, return the ball is stronger and faster.
