To give football coaches some useful methods of aerobic training. Testing U-17football player of Beijing GuoAn football club with Polar Team2for player’s heart rate to monitor and verify the aerobic training that we designed, then analysis the experiment statistics. We get guidline from aerobic training methods through the analysis what we tested to verify its improvement in football aerobic endurance training, guiding for the aerobic training of youth football player. Through data analysis, we can draw the following conclusions:1. Dribbling with a ball to a circle requires every3minutes and45seconds and Passing between two players to a circle requires every3minutes and30seconds suitable for low-intensity aerobic training. Dribbling with a ball to a circle requires every3minutes and Passing between two players to a circle requires every2minutes and45seconds suitable for Moderate-intensity aerobic training.2. Holding hands exercises are suitable for moderate-intensity aerobic training. There is no high heart rate during the handing hands exercises. And the intensity of the exercise has improved significantly by enhance score elements.3.5v5exercises are suitable for high-intensity aerobic training; The intensity of80-90%and the average heart in5v5without direction exercise are higher than with two small-side goals. The intensity will increase as well as the pitch become bigger.The maximum heart rate in5v5exercises are no much difference.
