Objective:Inspiratory muscle plays a vital role in the whole respiratory circulatory system,endurance exercise for a long time will cause the inspiratory muscle fatigue affects exercise endurance of the body.Research shows that inspiratory muscle training can improve respiratory muscle function,cardiopulmonary function and exercise performance.Through the study of young male handball athletes special training in normal circumstances the additional application of inspiratory muscle training intervention of 4 weeks of inspiratory muscle training on pulmonary function and aerobic endurance athletes,to evaluate the effects of inspiratory muscle training on exercise capacity of Handball Athletes,to provide a practical basis for handball training.Methods:18 young male handball athletes were randomly divided into IMT group?n=9?and control group?n=9?.The IMT group for 4 weeks of inspiratory muscle training,the threshold pressure resistance training load,two daily 30 times before and after dynamic suction,special sports training each time,6 days/week,first in 40%weeks the maximum muscle strength index as the training intensity,training intensity increased 5%.per week control group without any inspiratory muscle training before and after.4 weeks of inspiratory muscle training,the IMT group and the control group of inspiratory muscle function,pulmonary function,subjective perception,blood lactate concentration index 12 minutes after exercise and endurance test.Statistical analysis of the data obtained by spss21.0 software.Results:?1?inspiratory muscle training after the end of the IMT group S-index increased from 134.49±10.35cmH2O to 183.92±9.13cmH2O?P<0.01?,PIF increased from 7.34±0.47L/S to 9.64±0.45L/S?P<0.01?,WImaxincreased from16.96±4.40cmH2O.L/S to 332.61±4.58cmH2O.L/S?P<0.05?,Vmaxincreased from4.06±0.39L to 4.54±0.41 L?P<0.05?,before and after the experiment,IMT group inspiratory duration?T?showed no significant change?P>0.05?.?2?inspiratory muscle training after the end of the IMT FVC group from 5.20L±0.21L to 5.62±0.23L?P<0.05?,FEV1 from 4.30±0.34L to 4.57±0.35L?P<0.05?,PEF from 8.18±0.97L to 8.99±1.03L?P<0.05?,IVC from 4.86±0.45L to 5.35±0.47L?P<0.05?,VT from 1.08±0.26L to 1.43±0.24L?P<0.05?,VE from 21.51±2.39L/m to 25.03±2.35L/m?P<0.05?,MVV from 176.77±11.32L/m to 190.24±10.94L/m?P<0.05?,before and after the experiment,IMT group ERV had no significant difference?P>0.05?.?3?end of inspiratory muscle training,group IMT 12 minutes endurance running from 2793.67±110.23m to 2990.89±119.67m?P<0.05?,12 minutes after running RPB,RPE respectively from 6.44±1.13 and 16.22±1.30 reduced to 5.33±1 and 15.11±1.27?P<0.05?,12 minutes endurance running after immediate blood lactate concentration from 11.61±1.65 mmol/L±1.54 mmol/L reduced to 10.02?P<0.05?.Conclusions:?1?inspiratory muscle training can enhance inspiratory muscle function of Handball Athletes.?2?inspiratory muscle training can improve athletes'lung function.?3?inspiratory muscle training can improve the athletes'aerobic endurance level.
