Time management behavior is a process that individuals use all kinds of timemanagement theory and method to manage time on their own initiative. Existingresearch focuses on the research of time management disposition and their resultsshow that time management may be related to individual personality, test anxiety level,learning satisfaction and self-efficacy.This study used Yuan Mei’s time management behavior questionnaire compiledin2006and test anxiety profile which is got by simplifying the formulation of TAI byDong Yunying in2011and use students’ all required courses and professional electivecourse as academic performance indicators. We adopt the method of the stratifiedrandom sampling and choose students coming from different subjects, different gradesand different genders at random to test and we have got435copies of the data. We useSPSS17.0to analyze college students’ time management, test anxiety and academicperformance. Our conclusions are as following:1. College students’ time management behavior, on the whole, is in the mediumlevel, and their test anxiety level is low.2. Art students’ time management behavior is significantly better than that ofscience students.3. Female students’ time management behavior is significantly better than that ofmale students.4. College students’ time management behavior and academic performanceshows very significant positive correlation, but their test anxiety and timemanagement showed significant negative correlation. And there is no significantcorrelation between test anxiety level and academic performance.
