Twenty-first century was commented as "talent competitive society" by thebusinessmen at home and abroad. As early as the20th century European and Americandeveloped countries have completed the foundation of college student affairsmanagement process, and are continue to improve and move in the direction ofspecialization. In college student affairs management in China started late, and therapid development of our country’s economy increasing demand for talent, therefore,the central committee of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and putsforward the new requirements, the education system reform has been deepening,college student affairs administration of colleges and universities as an important partof the reform of college education, and in “post-90s” the distinct personality ofcollege students and the particularity of time, the traditional college student affairsmanagement in narrow involved in working face, work innovation is not strong, themanagement team level is limited, from the perspective of the development of thetransaction management in colleges and universities, reform effect is not obvious,often take temporary solution not effect a permanent cure.“post-90s” college students,meanwhile, presents the concept of autonomous characteristics such as strong,individual character characteristic also brings new difficulties to the college studentaffairs management work. If continue to use the traditional management mode, hasbeen difficult to adapt to the needs of the new era for the work of college studentaffairs management, the need for the disadvantages of traditional transactionmanagement mode and problems in reform and innovation.In the contemporary “post-90s” college students as an example. Through theanalysis of the present situation and causes of “post-90s”college students. Accordingto the status of the transaction management in our country at the present stage of thestudents and the existing problems, the innovation research launches the collegestudent affairs administration of “post-90s”. The research is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction. Mainly introduced the selected topic background andthe research significance, research status, research methods and innovations of thetopic; the second part is the definitions of related concepts and the analysis of thecollege student affairs administration in “post-90s”.
