thorough research about it;The rise of a common normal colleges,from this case it can reflect the great progress of higher education in China;A low starting point,the late start of the University,her change perhaps more explains some essential issues of University development.Its contribution to the Chinese higher education is a subject worthy of serious study.It has the theory significance,but also has practical significance.Using literature method,history method,interview method,in combination with the history,the research carries on the thorough analysis of the human-oriented concept and practice of managing in Hunan Normal University.This study is a historical research,first,historic,followed by research.The objective of this research is to provide reference mining of Hunan Normal University in twentieth Century eighty and ninety generations of the school experience to the present university management and reform.So first of all it is to study the history of Hunan Normal
