The Study Of Basketball Talent Fosters Mode About Fuxin Basketball School

Fuxin Basketball School, an organization affiliated to Chinese Basketball Association,specializes in the cultivation of high-level basketball reserve talents which has provided alarge number of excellent basketball professionals to our country and society to get theoutstanding achievement in various matches since its founding. This thesis is intended toanalyze and research the present talent training mode in Fuxin Basketball School with themethod of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysisand empirical investigation. The general idea is spread in the line of literature review,theoretical construction, historical analysis, advantages and disadvantages andsummary.Then it analyzes and elaborates the operation way of Fuxin school basketballtraining model to determine the specific process to run its personnel training. Firstly, thispaper presents a brief introduction to the history of Fuixin Basketball School, includingdevelopment background, construction, faculty structure, main honors gained in talenttraining since the school was set up. Then the specific process of training is presented byanalyzing and elaborating the operation of basketball training mode in Fuixin BasketballSchool.
