Competition in the21st century is the competition of talent. Since the new century,with the development of economic globalization, cooperation becomes increasinglyimportant against the backdrop of a competitive mechanism, the sense of cooperationand innovation have become the basic requirements of the current society for newtalents. Education is the business for the future, education reform must foresight toadapt to future changes. From the future trend of social development, the new centuryput forward new demands of connotation of comprehensive development. In order tocomply with the development trend of the times, our country has been to promotequality education for purpose of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,designed to actively guide students change from “want me to learn” to “I want tolearn”, to culture talent which the new era needed. The new curriculum is acomprehensive reform from the teaching contents to teaching methods. Among them,our country pointed out in The Decision of State Council on Basic Education Reformand Development," encourage cooperative learning to promote exchanges betweenstudents and common development, to promote teachers and students to learn fromeach other". Changes of students’ learning styles have to do with the success of the newcurriculum reform and effective improvement of education and teaching quality. Onthis basis, group cooperative learning model came into being, reflecting the newcurriculum educational philosophy of "independence, cooperation, explore", and it iswidely applied to the classroom teaching.Compared to conventional rigid, single and "indoctrination" teaching, groupcooperative learning is characterized by multilateral interaction and collaborativedevelopment between teachers and students, focusing on the change of relationship. Ithas achieved a comprehensive transformation of classroom teaching system, so it isknown as "the most successful and most important teaching reform over the lastdecade". Conduct group cooperative learning in the classroom, not only to highlightthe dominant position of students, to stimulate students’ enthusiasm and initiative toexplore the potential of students, and promote communication between students andcultivate their spirit of cooperation and teamwork, but also can promote teachersconstantly improve themselves and improve the effectiveness of the classroom teaching. Therefore, with its unique advantages, group cooperative learning isbecoming an important way in the classroom teaching. Group cooperative learninggradually change the traditional teachers, textbooks, classroom-centered situation,promote the development of students’ awareness of innovation and practical ability. Ithas important implications for classroom teaching reform and innovation.In recent years, in order to respond to the call of the new curriculum positively,many schools widely applied the mode of group cooperative learning to the teaching ofsubjects, and have achieved some success. To better understand the implementation ofgroup cooperative learning in high school, I take the opportunity to practice in the firstsecondary school in Longkou in the premise of access to large number of documents,combined with the issuance of the relevant questionnaire, to observe and research thesituation of ideological and political course. I found that, in the process of applicationof group cooperative learning in practical by politically teachers, there are someproblems can not be ignored and have to be solved urgently, such as a mere formality,unreasonable team building, members participate in varying degrees, classroomdisorder and a single teacher evaluation.In this respect, the paper deeply researches the main problem that exist in theprocess of using group cooperative learning by politics teachers in the current highschool, analyze the related causes, roughly attributed to four factors----institutions,schools, teachers and students. At the same time, proposed the corresponding solutionstrategies to help Politics teachers of high school to apply group cooperative learningto teaching better.
