With the rapid development of the information age,the society needs more and more talents with high autonomy,cooperation and inquiry.The traditional class teaching system obviously can not meet the needs of the society.With the advancement of curriculum reform,cooperative learning has attracted more and more attention in the field of education,but there are many inefficient problems when this model is applied in teaching practice.Many scholars often attribute these problems to teachers,schools and other factors in their research,but ignore the important role of group leader,which is the key role of students in cooperative learning group.Therefore,guided by the theory of leadership,this study attempts to explore the following issues:whether the group leader has fully played the leading role in the cooperative learning of high school information technology classroom;what specific leadership problems the group leader has;and what feasible measures can be taken to improve the leadership problems of the group leader to help promote cooperative learning effectively.In this study,action research method was used to study the leadership problems and improvement strategies of the group leader of cooperative learning,taking 45 students in the class taught by the author as the research object.Action research is divided into three rounds:in the first round,the author guides students to familiarize themselves with cooperative learning mode,summarizes the inefficient problems in cooperative learning practice,and summarizes the leadership problems of group leaders under natural conditions in terms of organization,control,coordination and action.The main reasons for many leadership problems of group leaders are weak leadership consciousness,lack of leadership quality and skills and lack of effective supervision;The second round is devoted to preliminary improvement of the leadership of group leaders.The main measures are to refine the functions of group leaders,establish the supervision and evaluation system within the group,so as to stimulate their leadership consciousness and exercise their leadership skills;The third round is to continue to improve the countermeasures,including presenting excellent Leaders'cases,improving the supervision and evaluation system within the group,increasing inter-group supervision and implementation the rules of rewards and punishments so as to cultivate the leader's leadership quality,further enhance leadership consciousness and exercise leadership skills,in order to help promote the smooth development of cooperative learning.The research shows that improving the leadership problems of team leaders in organizing,controlling,coordinating and acting really helps to promote the effective development of cooperative learning.Summary of the countermeasures are as follows:first,establish and improve the supervision system within and between groups,strengthen the supervision of the leadership role of group leaders;second,set up and implement scientific evaluation mechanism,including the evaluation of the leadership of group leaders;third,set up reasonable incentive and punishment measures for group leaders and incentive and punishment system for group leaders;fourth,present excellent Leaders'cases to cultivate the leadership quality and skills of group leaders.
