With the development of society and the progress of productivity, the sense of cooperationhas become the important content of new talents training in the new century, in order to copewith the demand of the society,"cooperation" has become one of the important concept ofeducation in today’s society, the basic education curriculum reform. Cooperative learning,especially the group cooperative learning has become today’s society in line with the newcurriculum reform is widely advocated and used a kind of education teaching mode.As the reform conforms to the quality education in Shandong Province, to promote thedevelopment of schools, one in Zouping in the implementation of the cooperative learninggroup pilot. Schools in the implementation process of the past two years, has made someachievements but also appeared some problems. Their views in this paper, the achievementsand problems found, and strive to be better for the concrete practice of cooperative learningtheory and the combination of political teaching in high school, in order to improve theefficiency of classroom teaching, and promote the further development of the theory andpractice of politics teaching. The thesis consists of f parts.First, introductory part. Describe the current both at home and abroad in the team learningthe study of the current situation, the present paper the use of research methods.Second, the theoretical part. Summary of the team learning the meaning defined, frombuilding a theory, motivation theory, cognitive development theory, the theoretical study onthe learning of the theoretical basis, from our new curriculum reform, the quality of studentsand teachers of the development as well as classroom improvements in the efficiency of thegroup of cooperative learning.Third, Application section. Combined with personal teaching practice based, relying onthe students of the survey, students from the classroom participation, students, and teachers ofthe changing role summary of the analysis that in the process of implementation is achieved,and to identify the group cooperative learning in the course of the implementation of theproblems exposed-students of the opportunity to participate in equal, teachers of the Blind,the build hierarchy, teaching time allocation was reasonable.Fouth, policy research. The issue of the right relationship between competition,cooperation, science, build a Learning Group to enhance the student’s work in a small grouplearning opportunities for participation, and establishing the correct group of cooperative learning concepts, and improve teacher ability with the ability to learn, develop students goodlearning habits, and improve team collaboration with the efficiency, personalrecommendations.
