With the rapid development and the progress of our country’s education business, sportseducation become an important part of school education, curriculum reform in the new periodputs forward higher demand on teachers, PE teachers is not only the teaching of physicaleducation curriculum, is undertaking the research task of researchers at the same time. In orderto better understand the present situation of scientific research of PE teachers in primary andsecondary schools in Beijing, this article analysis from two aspects of research papers and PEteachers scientific research present situation, understand the shortcomings.Through questionnaire investigation, literature material method, mathematical statisticsmethod, interview method, the ninth and tenth of primary and secondary schools in Beijingnamed sports scientific papers selected papers (including210papers and259papers in) forstatistical and part not to be included in the paper, from the selected topic, the research object,research methods and means, the research process, the results of the study and analysis,conclusion and Suggestions of the thesis analyzes primary and secondary school physicaleducation teachers of Beijing. Come to the conclusion as follows:(1) a dissertation report showing the number ofgrowth trends, research field wide, pay attention to the combination of theory with practice,most closely around this thesis paper, but there is still a part of the problem: topics can’taccording to their own conditions and environmental conditions, lack of innovation, teachers’research topics and method needs to be improved; Research object is limited; Research methodselection, present a diverse and comprehensive trend, but still choose have insufficient; Theresults of the study and analysis, when written enough refining, part of the paper submitted tothe format and requirements, academic value and practical value of paper is uneven; Theprocedure of scientific research is still given priority to with individual research; Fewerreferences, older, very few foreign language literature, and insufficient standard format; Stillthere is a style of study problems, plagiarism is still there.(2) the number of elementary schoolphysical education teachers more than high school teachers, secondary teachers’ scientificresearch level and motivation is higher than primary school teachers; The primary andsecondary school physical education teachers are mainly composed of young and middle-agedpeople in Beijing, the number of male teachers are significantly higher than female teachers,scientific research level and the scientific research enthusiasm also slightly stronger than female teachers; Teacher education is given priority to with undergraduate course, and to a certainextent, the higher the degree, the higher the scientific research level and the scientific researchenthusiasm.(3) the Beijing primary and secondary school physical education teachers of sportsscientific research level of like more optimistic; The vast majority of PE teachers engaged insports scientific research to professional evaluation, far more than in order to improve theteaching level for the purpose of teachers; Beijing most of the primary and secondary schoolphysical education teachers in after being selected is not able to review their paper, and said itwould continue to work hard.(4) the PE teachers’ independent study and their ability to beimproved, need to increase the number of project issues.(5) most school more support for theuniversity teachers’ scientific research; But the scientific research funds and go outcommunication situation is not ideal.(6) the Beijing primary and secondary school physicaleducation teachers in scientific research of the internal obstacles are: including the lack ofscientific research ability, mainly has not finishing materials, selected topic confusion,insufficient research methods and computer level, time and effort; External factors are mainlythe few funds, the lack of guidance, family teaching burden, information insufficiency, theleadership is not enough support.(7) the Beijing primary and secondary school physicaleducation teachers did not participate in the selection of the reason mainly has insufficient time,study skills and learn to choose a message.
