Study On The Present Situation Of Employment And Its Strategies

Vocational education is an important way to achieve our strategy of invigorating the country through science, technology and education and transfer the huge population pressure into human resource advantages. This paper has taken the ways of theoretical analysis, questionnaire research and interview research to investigate the status quo of the employment of the students in secondary vocational school in Fuqing city, through explaining the employment problems and reasons, this paper has given the detailed solutions to lead the students to set up the reasonable employment outlook.From the questionare results, we can see that there are problems when the students decide their careers, such as the conflictions between the diverse career planning and the single education objectives, the high career expectations and the cruel reality, the low independence and the career stability, the lack of the career planning and study aims, etc.These problems have related to the society, school, students themselves and their family. This paper has analyzed the reasons and given the detailed solutions to encourage the students to try their best to make greater contributions to the socialist constructions.
