The theory of all-round development of human beings is one of the important content of Marx’s thought and theory. Marx thought theall-round development of human beings not just the premise of, but also the ultimate goal of social all-round development. Children is the critical period of development in a peoplep’s life, all-round development of human beings is very difficult to become a reality without all-round development of children.International education research has shown,outdoor activities for the development of children’s perception, personality, social communication etc have an important and even indispensable role.However children’s outdoor activities in our country is quite lack, one of the very important reason is to provide safe, environmental and health space in which children can have fun activities is less and less in our country. Constructions of children’s outdoor activities in residential areas don’t cause enough attention of the goverment, society and parents. Currently, the research on the place of children’s outdoor activities mainly focused on two aspects, one is large-scale integrated children’s park, the other is space design of playground. However, constructions of children’s outdoor activities in residential areas which children can reach easily and use commlnly are often overlooked. Physical fitness is an important aspect of the comprehensive development, the sufficient attention on material wealth and spiritual realm can not hide the trend of decline of people’s physical fitness. Children’s health is relation to the future of a country, so paying attention to the problem of children’s outdoor activities from the perspective of the overall development of people is a necessary requirement which can promote the comprehensive development of human beings.The thesis employs theory and practice combination method to analyzed the meaning of Marx’s theory of comprehensive development firstly, gived interpretation from four aspects, including ability, personality, needs, social relations. Secondly, this paper elaborated the promoting effects of outdoor activities, they can pormote children’s four aspects achieving comprehensive development, including need, ability, personality and social relations. According to the survey, the imprtance of outdoor activities which can affect the children’s physical and mental development has drew more attention and recogniton, but the lack of outdoor activities’s place and facilities is indeed obvious. Constructions of outdoor activities’s place and facilities are the most direct and easiest exposure, therefore, this paper studyed the current development and existing problems of children’s outdoor activities’s place and facilities, and then, from the height of the comprehensive development examined and analyzed the causes based on survey, comparative study, theoretical analysis at the last. Also, this paper proposed the suggestions of how to improve outdoor activities’s place and facilities, promte the comprehensive development of children on the basis of comparison with the development of foreign outdoor activities’s place and facilities.
