The Survey About The Cultivation Of Volunteerism Of The College Students

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the Construction of spiritual civilization,Volunteering service becomes more and more popular.Becoming an volunteer means seeking fashion and honor for people.As the special Youth Group,College students have opening-mind,rich knowledge and enthusiasm. They play an important role in carrying out volunteering activities and carrying forward volunteerism.By The Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing,there are some surveys to college students in the article,aiming at catching the current situation of volunteering service and thinking how to cultivate college students’volunteerism.Studying the cultivation of the volunteerism has important significance. On one hand,it can help expand the content of ideological and political education.On the other hand,it can also help the college students improve their own quality,at the same time promoting the college students’ participant enthusiasm and their guiding effect,realizing the whole people participating in.This paper consults the extensive document, and generalizes the meaning of volunteer,the volunteering service,the volunteerism. On the above,try to explain what is the cultivation of the volunteerism.Then it lists the source of theory of the volunteerism and the significance of cultivating the volunteerism. With the help of the platform of the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing,this paper uses the form of doing surveys in five colleges, including Nanjing normal university,Nanjing university of science and technology,Nanjing university of information science and technology.Binjiang institute, Nantong university and Nantong vocational college.What’s more,some students were invited to talk face to face.After summarizing the results of the survey,and referring to the notes about the talk,analysis are took to the current situation of the cultivation of the volunteerism of college students. Some problems are found in it,then from the different aspects to analysis the reasons to these problems,including the aspects of the students,their family,the schools and the society.The volunteering service originates in foreign countrieswith rich development experience. After the analysis of the practices of how to cultivate the volunteerism in several typical countries,putting forward the way our country can learn. In the end,on the basis of the analysis,the main measures are put forward from the five aspects to change and improve the the current situation of the cultivation of the volunteerism of college students. The five aspects are including setting up the coures of cultivating the volunteerism of college students,building the atmosphere,completing the incentive method,establishing and improving the law and catching the chance of the Youth Olympic Games.
