Using literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis,experimental research methods, such as with Donghua university of science and technology, 40 aerobics athlete as the research object, in which men and women each20; Tries to discuss the core strength training theory, method and the traditional theories and methods of strength training method of which theory between related to the quality of calisthenics athletes at the heart of the balance abilities have significant differences. Study, 40 aerobics athlete, respectively according to the different gender,divided into 10 man kind of experimental group and the control group, 10 women class 10 10 experimental group and control group, different groups in accordance with the unified team group model training, the experimental group mainly adopts the latest abdominal wheel core strength training means, health, and the control group, the use of traditional is given priority to with the waist abdomen strength training of the“two head, legs, waist and abdomen” three waist abdomen strength training methods,training process strictly follow the coach’s training idea and method, the experimental intervention 18 weeks, training 6 times per week, exercise time is at 4 PM to 6 PM(except exercises as well as other training content), ensure that every time the core strength training time for 60 minutes. In addition, in the process of the experimental intervention to pulse as monitoring index of the exercise intensity, exercise intensity in 150-160 times/min. The results showed that:(1) After 18 weeks for abdominal wheel core strength training, male, female each15 athletes "swan balance, single foot side move leg balance °" two mainly reflects the aerobics athlete balance ability index of the athletes comprehensive score significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).(2) After 18 weeks for abdominal wheel core strength training, the 30 of the experimental group athletes "stomach two head up, lie on your back and head up" the two main index reflecting calisthenics athletes core power and endurance of athletes comprehensive score significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and on either side of the trunk is big muscle group can achieve the effect of balanced development.(3) After 18 weeks for abdominal wheel core strength training, the 30 of the experimental group athletes "single turn adachi turn 720 ° and 720 ° after no support vertical split leg" two mainly reflects the aerobics athlete sagittal axial and coronalshaft balance and stability index of the athletes comprehensive score significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).(4) After 18 weeks for abdominal wheel core strength training, testing the specific skill index showed that the experimental group athletes of combining the single foot side to move the legs of 360 ° and in accordance with the lessor no support vertical splits comprehensive athletes score significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.0.1)...
