Local of individual growth records its early life experiences, pregnant their first experience ofthe outside world, affects their thinking habits and moral character. But with the continueddevelopment and urbanization of society, the tendency of urban education in rural areas isworsening, rural children is to get rid of the countryside blend into the cities. They accepturbanization educational content, while separate from native, this aspect of the individual soulcaused "loss of root", it also resulted in the construction of rural the lack of talent. For thisreason, it is necessary to integrate the local resources blend into the rural primary ideologicaland political education. Use of local resources into teaching and extracurricular activitiesideological and political education, help enrich the ideological and political education,innovative methods of ideological and political education, ideological and politicaleducation-rich environment, which eventually curriculum in response to the call at the sametime enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Based on this, Iselected ten primary schools in Wuxiang rural primary ideological and political education inthe development and utilization of local resources to explore. This paper is structured asfollows:The first part is the research background, purpose and meaning, domestic and internationalresearch review, research ideas and methods were described, the structure and wording of theframework laid paper.The second part is the ideological and political education in rural primary local resourceoutline, content and features, including local resources, ideological and political education inrural primary development and utilization of local resources, value analysis, value analysis ofthree aspects of the necessity, importance and feasibility were explored.The third part is the Survey Wuxiang ideological and political education in rural primaryschools in the development and utilization of local resources, covering Wuxiang ideologicaland political education in rural primary local resources available status overview,development and utilization of Investigation and the ideological and political education in rural primary schools development and utilization of local resources problems and furtherexplore the causes of these problems.The fourth part is carried out in accordance with the third part of the problem and thereasons mentioned in-depth analysis, propose appropriate countermeasures for ideological andpolitical education in rural primary schools in the development and utilization of localresources, and strategies from the education authorities, schools, teachers, three aspects aredescribed.
