Under the background of knowledge economy globalization, National demand forhigh-level, applied talents has become more and more urgent, the mission of highereducation is gradually enhanced. The graduate education reform and innovation arealso increasingly highlighted the urgency and importance,which is as an importantlink in higher education system.In order to promote the sense of mission that thehigher education serve the society, cultivating kinds of talents who have strong abilityto adapt. The Ministry of Education on how to enhance the function that graduateeducation serves economy society, to cultivate compound talents adapting to thecurrent social development. Decide since2009beginning to recruit Full-time Masterof Education who are new graduates as the main object.
