To cultivate high-quality primary and secondary school teachers with the ability to teach and study the modern education theory,and have the ability of teaching practice and teaching research,is the goal of training the master of full-time education,and the ability of educational practice is an indispensable part.This article is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of this paper,and studies the relevant literature,expounds the connotation and composition of the practical ability of the full-time education Master graduate students,and summarizes the summary of the practical ability training of the master of full-time education in Liaoning Province,and finally introduces the methods and ideas of the research.The second chapter is about the theoretical analysis and investigation design of the training quality of the master of full-time education in Liaoning Province,and introduces the design process of the customer satisfaction theory and the questionnaire survey.The third chapter is the basic information and overall satisfaction statistics of the master of full-time education in Liaoning province.The basic information and result data of the questionnaire are descriptive statistics.In order to understand the training process of the practical teaching ability of the master of full-time education in three universities in Liaoning Province,the students' school,the teacher's work experience,and the relationship with the tutors are related.The main contents of the Department are the communication with tutors,and the importance of students' satisfaction and cognition to school mentors and off campus practice tutors.The fourth chapter analyses the practical ability index of the practical ability training of the full-time education master in Liaoning Province,and makes a concrete contrast study on the index cognition degree of the practice ability training process.The fifth chapter is to analyze the factors that affect the training quality of the master of full-time education in Liaoning Province,and comprehensively and systematically the proportion of practical courses,the orientation of practical teaching objectives,practical teaching content,practical teaching form,practical teaching base and practical teaching base in the training process of the practical teaching ability of master of full-time education in Liaoning province.The sixth chapter is the existing problems and attribution analysis for the training of the master of full-time educationin Liaoning province.In view of the problems of low degree of satisfaction and high degree of satisfaction,the attribution is summarized from three aspects of government,school and students.The seventh chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the training quality of the master of full-time education in Liaoning province.From the angle of government management function,the continuous development stage of the school and the self-study of the students,the rationalization of the improvement of the training quality of the practical ability of the full-time education master is put forward.
