In recent years, with the development of Aerobics Teaching in senior high schoolpopularity, the quality of teaching courses of aerobics, aerobics teachers of teachers ispaid more and more attention, but the research on Aerobics evaluation system ofteachers’ teaching ability is more rare, this study combined with theoretical knowledgeof other fields of comprehensive and system, put forward to build the imagine theaerobics evaluation system of teachers’ teaching ability, so as to fill up the blank of theaerobics teaching theory research, further enrich the theoretical system of the aerobicsteaching. Can be comprehensive, scientific evaluation of Aerobics teachers’ teachingability through high school of Changchun City, aerobics teachers’ teaching abilityevaluation system. This provides aggressive goals for promoting the aerobics teachersbusiness level and improve the aerobics teachers growth and teaching ability; topromote aerobics teaching to improve the quality and strengthen the school aerobicshas important significance for teachers team construction and teaching management.Health class in high school sports in Changchun city to carry out in a leadingposition in Jilin Province, aerobicshas become an important part of high schoolphysical education curriculum. The city of Changchun is located inthe northernregion, the cold weather is suitable for indoor sports, therefore, the aerobics coursedevelopmentsituation is good. Through the investigation, Changchun city highschool aerobics teachers are mostly from otherprofessional teachers transformation forthe aerobics teachers, aerobics teachers for evaluation is not to establish aunified standard, through the construction of Changchun city highschool aerobics teaching ability evaluation standard system, provideuseful in evaluation for Changchun city high school aerobics teachers at the sametime,the application of this evaluation system in the daily teaching management, willpromote the development of Changchun city high school aerobics teaching levelof play.The paper through the literature material law, the expert interview law, questionnaire investigation method, analytic hierarchy process method of scienceresearch method, mathematical statistics and so on the many kinds of Changchun Cityhigh school, aerobics teaching ability was studied, constructed Changchun City highschool aerobics teachers’ teaching ability evaluation system, the main conclusions areas follows:First, the Changchun City high school aerobics teaching can construct the systemof evaluation, including teaching ability, teachingability, teaching ability and teaching ability evaluation index of four one class; theability to choose teaching content, teaching method, teaching innovation ability andorganization ability, teaching effect evaluation ability16two levelindicators; understand the content of teaching ability, teaching language use ability of47level three indexes and comprehensive evaluation system. Using the method ofanalytic hierarchy process in Changchun City high school aerobics teachingability evaluation system for the calculation of weight distribution,through theanalysis of practical application of the weight distribution of each index of the finalrealization of Changchun City high school aerobics teaching evaluation system.Second, according to the Changchun city high school aerobics teachingability evaluation system established in Changchun city high school aerobics teachingability evaluation scale, and the standard scale was tested and discussed in thispaper, through the analysis of the normal distribution, the establishment of Changchuncity high school aerobics teaching ability evaluation standard system scale, easyoperation, strong practicability.
