Innovative Research Ideological And Political Education Of Young College Teachers’ Multi Cultural Background

With the rapid development of digital technology and network communication technology, new media has been widely used in all areas of society, the new media environment also will be formed. In online media and mobile communications media as representative of the new media have dramatically changed and affect our quality of life, changing the face of scientific development, affecting every aspect of our lives. Especially for college students in terms of life depend on new media, new media aspects of their daily life, political ideology, ethics, legal concepts, etc. had a tremendous impact, which will undoubtedly bring a new ideological and political education of college students the opportunities and challenges. In the new media environment, how to make better use of new media in the ideological and political education, has become a subject of academic attention and study.In this paper the literature, comparative analysis of various research methods, case study method, starting from the new media concepts, new media and new media affect various aspects of contemporary college students to carry out a more in-depth exposition and analysis of the new media opportunities and challenges brought to the ideological and political education, and then in terms of the main ideological and political education, methods and strategies, this paper proposes a method of ideological and political education innovation in the new media environment.
