Early childhood is is a key period in individual life. Study quality will influence child academic achievement and growth in the future in this period. In preschool stage, intervention for children learning quality,not only can improve tue social from all walks of life to the attention of the quality of learning,also can enrich the relevant theories of children’s learning quality^providing research basis for future research and draw lessons from experience,and for the cultivation of children’s learning quality and mining corresponding guiding strategy. This study chose two top classes of a kindergarten inTianjin as subjects, and researcher tried to analyze chileren’s overall statues of study quality. Two classes were devided into expenrimental class and comparative class. Scientific inquiry activities were on in experimental class. The researcher analyzed the develpoment of children’s learn quality from two aspects of quality and quantity.Findings of this study are:1、Children’study quality in top class was at the upper level Objective consciousness scored the highest, followed by. the initiative, and then followed by curiosity, perseverance, ability to resist setback, imagination and creation and independence. Concentration scored lowest.2、Boys’initiative, imagination and creativity, curiosity was significantly better than that of girls. Female children’s perseverance, the ability to resist setback was significantly better than male children. There’s no obvious difference in target awareness, concentration degree, independence between boys and girls.3、Experimental group is significantly higher than the control group in initiative, perseverance and ability to resist setback, curiosity and independence. The differences between the two groups was not significant in target consciousness, imagination and creativity and concentration degree.By analyzing and summarizing the process of intervening, the author put forward the following-suggestions:1、To establish children’s subjectivity of inquiry activities.2、To protect children’s problem awareness.3、To provide rich material for children.4、To enhance teachers’language instruction for study quality in scientific inquiry activities.5、To combine children’s self-re flection of study quality in activities with teachers’incentive evaluation.
