Primary and secondary schools nationwide student per academic year will proceed as scheduled physical health test, the state authorities have also the student’s physical health status and test results of physical health testing standards for a number of amendments, July7,2014, issued by the Ministry of Education2014as the education system to implement the State Council No.53and an important task of the central document of the7th "National Student Physical Health Standard (2014Amendment)." This revision focuses on improving the "National Student Physical Health Standard" discrimination, reliability and validity in terms of practical application, focusing on strengthening its educational incentives, feedback and adjust the guiding role of exercise, focus on improving its monitoring and education Performance evaluation of their ability to support. This standard is to improve the physical health of students, urging students to actively carry out sports activities and educational way to physical exercise, which were from the student body shape, body function and physical aspects of the student’s physical health of a comprehensive assessment, is China important part of the development of students and academic quality standards system core literacy, student physical health of individual evaluation criteria. In this study,"National Student Physical Health Standard (revised2014)," as the research object, through literature, comparative analysis and other analysis of the "National Student Physical Health Standard"(collectively, the next old standard) and "National Student Physical Health Standards (2014Revision)"(collectively referred to as the next new standard) differences in changes in the new standard survey through questionnaires, interviews, testing and other methods to carry out the situation in secondary schools, the following conclusions:1. The test items of the old version of the test standard junior group is not comprehensive, the new version of the test can be in each category of student ability within the scope of relatively comprehensive measure the physical fitness of students.2.
