The national student physical health standard is an important measures,whichpromotes students to take part in physical excise and Strengthens their physical health.The implementation of it started in2007, then Ba Lizhuang School district in Beijingattached great importance to it and put forward corresponding requirements for13primary schools within this district, which has an important influence on elementaryschool P.E teaching in this district.This paper introduces researches on the implementation of the national studentphysical health standard and combs the situation of elementary school P.E teaching athome and abroad by documentary. The paper analyzes the influence of theimplementation of National student physical health standard on students, P.E teacher,P.E teaching goal, P.E teaching content, P.E teaching methods, P.E teachingevaluation and P.E teaching environment and the change of the physical health ofstudents. It discusses the problems existing in the process the implementation of thestandard and the students’ physical health current existing problems, and puts forwardthe method to solve the problem. The research conclusion is following:I. After the implementation of national student physical health standard, most of theP.E teachers argue that the number of students take part in physical exercise andexercise time increased, and attitude to physical education and extracurricularphysical exercise has become more positive.What’s more,sports teaching change andimpact on student physique. The influence is following:2011-2013, students’ heightand weight has rised. The level of weight and height developes in poles. The normalweight students’ weight dropped year by year, and obesity, malnutrition and lowweight students increased year by year. Physical aspects: three--years standing longjump performance is declining year by year. Zuo Wei Ti proneness achievement riseby curve, which shows students’ flexibility change slightly but speed smart quality isfalling. Body function aspects: three years vital capacity and step test results aregetting better,which show school students endurance and cardiopulmonary functionimprove effectively.II. After the implementation of the national student physical health standard,mostschools will be combined the standard test results with teachers’ work performance。 Most PE teachers believe that their workload and work pressure increased, and workharder. At the same time, most of the PE teachers think their status was improved.III. The implementation of national student physical health standard make the focusthat PE teachers set goals change. After the implementation of national studentphysical health standard, PE teachers give priority to test project, and pay moreattention to students’ sports participation.IV. After the implementation of the national student physical health standard,PEteaching content is given priority to practice of the test project, and can’t combinewith teaching materials and neglect the students interest.V. After the implementation of the national student physical health standard,PEteachers use physical exercises teaching methods.VI. After the implementation of the national student physical health standard,PEteachers combine summative evaluation and process evaluation to evaluate students.At the same time, the evaluation of school district for physical education teachers canput test scores as one of the indicators.VII. Currently, School venues apparatus basically can satisfy the sports teaching andmost schools have added the relative facilities. Most PE teachers think that theclassroom atmosphere is active, but some teachers still think that the classroomatmosphere is more depressing, so there is still a big improvement space.
