Research On Timeliness Promotion Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of Media Convergence

Effectiveness is the vitality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The concept of “Three Treatments” proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,reflects adequately the importance of effectiveness of ideological and political education.The Instructions of Integration Development Between Traditional and Emerging Media,adopted in the fourth session held by the central leading group aiming to deepen reform,points that it needs deep integration of traditional media and emerging media to build tridimensional and various modern information dissemination system.Thus it can be seen that media integration has already become the inevitable trend of social development.Media convergence is a kind of conceptual media,and is the future of media development.Generally speaking,it is an organic integration of traditional media and emerging media,which makes the two kinds of media compatible.In this way,both of them can take their respective advantages better.Media convergence brings new dissemination patterns,which will definitely influence the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities on the background of media convergence.In consequence,only when the concept and features of media convergence can be thoroughly mastered can it is known clearly that how the media effects ideological and political education of university.Also,corresponding policies improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of university will be proposed from the perspective of media convergence.Under the times background of media convergence,this paper,starting from four aspects: concept of media convergence,the concept and characteristics of ideological and political education of colleges and universities under the background of media convergence,effect of media convergence on ideological and political education of colleges and universities and importance of improving effectiveness of ideological and political education of colleges and universities,explores the essential meaning of media convergence in ideological and political education of colleges and universities.On the basis of these,this paper,combining the problems and reasons of ideological and political education of colleges and universities,searches ways to enhance effectiveness of ideological and political education from the aspect of education subject,education content,education carriers and the educated.
