Characteristic Specialty Construction Research Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Industry Background

Nowadays,under the background of cutting excessive industrial capacity and constantly adjusting industrial structure in our country,higher vocational colleges as an important part of higher education in China still has following problems,for instance,the specialty setting is large and complete,the specialty feature is not obvious,the mechanism of specialty dynamic adjustment is inadequate,and differentiated talent training program is difficult to implement,etc.Therefore,the specialty setting and the characteristic superiority in higher vocational colleges need to adapt to the new industrial structure adjustment."Action Plan for the Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education(2015-2018)"has put forward that the higher vocational college needs to strengthen the specialty construction,to concise the special features,to improve the training conditions,and to overall enhance the specialty development level.All these plan Has been clear about the direction and tasks for higher vocational colleges to strengthening the construction of specialty feature.This paper takes the specialty--Fireworks Production and Management of Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technology--as the research object,systematically introduces its present situation of specialty construction,summarizes its experience of specialty construction,analyses the internal and external factors restricting the characteristic specialties construction in Higher Vocational Colleges,and provides the development strategy of characteristic specialty construction.Research suggests that characteristic specialty construction of Fireworks Production and Management of Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technology has a forward-looking thinking and an advanced talent training mode,also combines with the characteristics of regional economy.But the construction of characteristic specialty also exposes that its specialty model is imperfect,its courses have weaknesses,teachers are weak,and its long-term mechanism of cooperation between institute and enterprises is not mature,etc.These problems come from the restrictive factors of both the policy and social environment,at the same time they are also affected by the misunderstanding to the characteristic specialty and specialty construction mechanism in institute.Aiming at the problems in the construction of characteristic specialty under industry background in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper introduces the experience of specialty construction of Fireworks Production and Management in Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technology,discusses characteristic specialty construction strategies in higher vocational colleges under the background of industry.Aiming at the problems in characteristic specialty construction of Fireworks Production and Management in Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technology,this paper puts forward the specialty construction ideas and the key construction content,and gives the countermeasures and suggestions through analysis of the fireworks industry market environment and the specialty situation of Fireworks Production and Management.
