Moral Education In Colleges And Universities In Taiwan And Its Implications

Moral simple terms is to teach people to become thoughtful and moral people. The author conducted a semester in Taiwan to exchange learning, realizing that Taiwan’s ideological and moral education model schools have many advantages, is worthy of study and learn from the mainland of the school.Due to the continuous development of Taiwan’s economic, social and changing people’s lives has undergone enormous changes, young students also have higher requirements. Not only requires them to constantly adapt to the times, but also to foster self-reliance, self-confidence, self-reliance of excellent quality. This autonomous mode of education requires the joint participation of the whole society, whether it is the school’s formal education, or social and family without formal education, have an effective fusion the moral education instilled into the minds of each student, to infiltrate their family life, social life. Under the influence of this perfect moral system, in Taiwan there have been many famous artists, thinkers and entrepreneurs, showing China’s outstanding national character and can not shake the international status.However, with the depth to carry out self-education, schools, if not well guided, facing complex social environment and moral status of students’moral values may distort, causing some obstacles to its full development.
