The Path Analysis Of Social Enterprises Involving In The Employment Problems Of College Graduates

Social enterprise is a kind of public innovation, which use the market-oriented and commercial operation way to solve social problems. In recent years, social enterprise has developed quickly across the world wide, and become another important power for promoting the development of the society after market, government and NGOs. The employment problems of college graduates is a major social problems which affects the stability and development of our society, discussing how social enterprises involve in such problems actively has great realistic significant. In this paper, the author is based on this research problems, refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about social enterprise and employment problems firstly, which lead to a deeper understand about social enterprise, and realize the cause of difficult employment for college graduates and measures had taken to solve such problems. Then analysis the malfunction of market, government and NGO in the field of solving the employment problems for college graduates, thus educe the necessity of social enterprise involving in such problems. In addition, the author also analysis the advantages of social enterprise in solving employment problem. Based on a case of Xiezhi hotel which is an influential social enterprise, this paper emphasizes on introducing the Xiezhi hotel and its services that have provided specifically, analyzing how does Xiezhi provide employment services in a social enterprise manner deeply, and summarizing its successful experience and shortcomings. Through the research we found that, the balance of dual goals, diversified service provided modes for employment, the effective integration of various social resources and adhere to the sustainable development road are all its precious experience. Of course, the Xiezhi also faced a lot of problems during its development process, such as a fuzzy understanding of the distribution of profits, the lack of professional service personnel, the innovation and resource integration ability need to be improved and the lack of risk management awareness. At last, the author puts forward the path that how social enterprises involve in the employment problems of college graduates from two aspect, the social enterprise itself and government, expecting to provide reference and inspiration for the participants of this field.
