Thanks for the development and support of technologies, smart learning environment appears.However, the basic criteria of a good learning environment are being benefit for generatingexcellent learning behaviors and being supportable for personalized study. National EducationTechnology Plan was published for four times by American government. It s obvious thatinformatization is the future trend. After that the concept of Digital Planet appears. And SmartPlanet was put forward in2008. Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao indicated that the center ofPerceiving China should be established in Wuxi immediately. In order to comply with the countrystrategy, education scholars propose the concept of Smart Learning Environment, and put forwardtheir own ideas of it.The thesis aims to obtain the elements of producing good learning behaviors in smart learningenvironment, by depicting the features of smart learning environment and analyzing the relationshipbetween learning environment and learning behaviors. That is benefit for building excellentlearning environment for students independent study. Assuming that learning environmentsignificantly affects learners characteristics, availability of learning resources, and interactivity oftechnologies. At the same time, teacher and students from six pilot primary and secondary schoolsin Wuxi are as the research objects. The main research methods are Questionnaire and Interview.The data gets from the research are roundly analyzed, that makes up the shortage of relevantresearch. It is certified that smart learning environment is better for forming excellent learningbehaviors than traditional learning environment.
