The physical education environments respectively created by the family,school and community are the three most important fields for primary school students to get access to physical education,and they share the responsibility of promoting the healthy growth of primary school students through physical education.Participation in physical education is an important way for primary school students to develop their physical ability.In the current situation that the physical health level of primary school students in China has not improved significantly,we investigate the influential factors of the primary school students' participation in physical education in the context of "Family-School-Community",analyze the importance of each influential factor on primary school students' participation in physical exercise,and find out the problems existing in the family,school and community environments that affect primary school students' participation in physical exercise.This paper provides theoretical and practical references to primary school physical education practitioners,families,social organizations and educational authorities in promoting physical activity and creating a positive exercise environment among primary school students.This study investigates the factors that influence primary school students' participation in physical exercise in the context of "Family-School-Community",taking 1512 Grade 5-6 primary school students from six primary schools in Xihu District,Hangzhou as respondents.By using research methods such as literature review,expert interview,questionnaire,hierarchical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper determined the indexes of influential factors of primary school students' physical exercise participation,constructed an influential factor model of primary school students' participation in physical exercise,analyzed the importance of each influential factor,and found out the problems existing in the family,school and community environments.Conclusions:(1)In general,the intensity,frequency and amount of physical activity of primary school students in grades 5-6 in Xihu District are in a good position,but the overall time spent on physical activity is still slightly insufficient.(2)The factors that influence primary school students' physical activity participation in Hangzhou are school environment,family environment,and community environment in descending order of influence.(3)The family environment factors that influence primary school students' physical activity participation include "family cultural environment factor","family physical environment factor","parental support factor",and "family sports consumption factor";School environment factors include "school sports service assurance factor","school sports teaching environment factor",and "teacher competence factor";Community environment factors include "community sports activity atmosphere factor","community sports activity assurance factor",and "community sports exercise environment factor".(4)The family,school,and community environments factors that influence the participation of primary school students in physical activity in Hangzhou,in descending order of importance,are physical education teacher ability,school physical education environment,family cultural environment,parental support,school physical education service guarantee,family physical education consumption,community activity guarantee,family physical environment,community physical activity atmosphere,and community physical activity environment.(5)Problems in family environment are unpromising parental physical exercise,lack of parent-child sports communication,and excessive use of electronic devices by children;Problems in school environment are imperfect organization and management of extracurricular activities;Problems in community environment are lack of organization and arrangement of sports activities and competitions,and imperfect construction of social sports instructors.Suggestions:(1)Primary school students' physical education should be centered on school education,based on family education and assisted by community education,so as to jointly promote the improvement of primary school students' participation in physical exercise.(2)To promote the formation of primary school students' physical activity awareness and behavior,families should focus on "cultural environment","parental support";Schools should focus on "teacher competence" and "school sports teaching environment ";Communities should focus on " community sports activity assurance " and "community sports exercise environment factor ".(3)To address the problems in the family environment,first of all,parents should enhance their own awareness of sports,improve their knowledge of sports,increase their understanding of sports,actively participate in sports,and change their prejudices against sports.Secondly,parents should increase support for children's physical exercise,while strengthening parent-child communication,and actively participate in physical exercise with their children to create a good atmosphere for physical exercise,which can actively drive children to physical exercise and help children to establish awareness of physical exercise.Thirdly,parents should make proper use of electronic products,limit children's time on using to avoid excessive use.(4)In response to the problems existing in the school environment,schools should improve the organization and management of extracurricular sports activities in schools,enrich the sports activities,and reasonably arrange the time for extracurricular sports activities so that students can get sufficient physical exercise in extracurricular activities.(5)To address the problems in the community environment,firstly,the community should increase the organization and arrangement of sports activities and competitions,and provide a carrier of sports exercise for community residents.Secondly,the construction of social sports instructors should be accelerated,so that more social sports instructors can go deeper into the community and help community residents to do physical exercise correctly.
