The physical and mental development of primary school students is not yet complete,and they need to grow up healthily under the guidance of their parents.The participation of primary school students in extracurricular physical exercise is affected by many factors,among which the family factor is an important aspect.The purpose of this study is to explore the main family factors affecting the participation of primary school students in extracurricular physical exercise in the main urban areas of chongqing by investigating the current situation of the family factors affecting the extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in the main urban areas of chongqing,so as to contribute to the improvement of physical and mental health of primary school students in the main urban areas of chongqing.This study elementary student extracurricular physical exercise in chongqing urban area is affected by family factors as the research object,5-6 grade 8 primary schools in chongqing urban area to participate in the extracurricular physical training of primary school children and their parents as investigation object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,logic analysis and other research methods are studied.Firstly,data on extracurricular physical exercise and family factors of primary school students in main urban areas of chongqing were collected.Secondly,descriptive analysis,T test,analysis of variance and other research methods were used to process and analyze the relevant data,and the main factors influencing the participation of primary school students in extracurricular physical exercise were found out.Finally,the relevant data are summarized and Suggestions are put forward.Through the research,the conclusions are as follows:(1)the number of primary school students participating in extracurricular sports activities in the main urban areas of chongqing is diversified,but it is too concentrated in traditional sports.In addition,male and female students have slightly different choices of sports.Male students tend to choose sports with greater physical antagonism and intensity,while female students tend to choose sports with less intensity and no physical antagonism.The vast majority of primary school students participate in extracurricular sports every week for a reasonable number of times,up to 3 times or more,but each time the exercise time is slightly insufficient,the vast majority of primary school students in the exercise time is below 60 minutes.For the choice of exercise places,the vast majority of primary school students choose to exercise in free places,rather than charging places.(2)from the perspective of the basic family situation,the family structure has no influence on the direct or indirect sports participation,sports emotion and sports cognition of primary school students;However,parents' education background,parents' occupation and family income have influence on the exercise frequency,exercise time and sports emotion of primary school students,but have no influence on the indirect sports participation and sports cognition.(3)from the perspective of parents' sports experience,parents who have participated in amateur or professional sports training will have an impact on pupils' direct or indirect sports participation,sports emotion and sports cognition.The parents who participated in the training had better extracurricular physical exercise than the children who did not participate in the training.(4)from the perspective of parents' sports participation,children participate in extracurricular physical exercise,and most of their parents have the habit of exercising every week;The weekly exercise frequency of parents has an influence on the direct sports participation,indirect sports participation and sports cognition of primary school students,but it has no influence on the sports emotion of primary school students.Parents' indirect sports participation and their children's joint sports experience have an impact on pupils' direct sports participation,indirect sports participation,sports emotion and sports cognition.(5)from the perspective of parents' attitude towards primary school students' participation in extra-curricular physical exercise,parents' attitude towards their children's participation in extra-curricular physical exercise will have an impact on pupils' direct sports participation,indirect sports participation,sports emotion and sports cognition.By analyzing the influence of family factors on the extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students,based on the research results,this paper puts forward some Suggestions: to create a good family sports environment,parents should set an example to guide their children to the right path of exercise;To support children's reasonable consumption when participating in extracurricular physical exercise;Parents should also get more information about sports through social channels,the Internet,news and other media to improve their sports awareness.To strengthen the training of girls' exercise consciousness,correct the attitude of girls when participating in sports extracurricular exercise;Strengthen the cooperation between school and family,carry out sports parent-child activities,promote the relationship between parents and children.In addition,the school can assign homework after physical education,and promote the formation of children's exercise habits under the supervision or accompanied by parents.Schools should also establish a sports reward system to encourage students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise;We will further improve sports equipment in parks and communities,speed up the construction of sports community instructor teams,and regularly hold youth sports competitions in communities.According to local conditions,the establishment of local characteristics of the "fitness ladder";An intelligent data platform is established to monitor the sports data of parents and children in real time and put forward reasonable Suggestions on sports.
