Other basis include upgrading, promote industrial upgrading county economy, the promotion of regional tourism industry development, the city’s reputation and influence and stimulating leisure sports activities. Finally, the case study about the construction of the " China longzhou Tournament Race and its two-way choice model" and China longzhou Tournament Race in Poyang County, Jiangxi Province, in2012and2013, use the empirical discussion to verify the applicability and feasibility of" China Dragon Boat Race and its bi-directional selection model".
