Research On Impact Of Urbanization On Tourism Employment Structure Of Sanya

In the 21st century,the tourism industry under the guidance of the consumer economy and develop rapidly,which has become the world’s largest industry.At present,in the case of the rapid development of ecological civilization to guide strategic thinking and development of market economy,the tourism industry has become a strategic industry in our country.As modern tourism industry has a significant correlation effects,comprehensive strongly and chain length with other characteristics,governments around the world are highly noticed.Many parts governments of China regarded it as a new economic growth point.Irrational industrial structure and inefficiency of allocation of resources and ecological environment that has been a lot of damage and so on,which hinder new urbanization’s pace seriously.Therefore,how to develop tourism urbanization in accordance with local characteristics of urbanization and improve the local employment level by adjusting the industrial structure to achieve labor force has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper take a typical tourist city-Sanya for examples and research the impact of tourism Urbanization on employment structure with methods of a combination of normative and empirical research.Firstly,the results of theoretical research combined with existing domestic basis,the use of standard research method Status Sanya Tourism Urbanization and employment structure and the problems faced by a systematic analysis,the data show that,with the advance of urbanization,employment Sanya overall size also constantly upgrading,but in a tourist town construction process,due to excessive dependence on resources and the lack of scientific management,administration,supervision,so that the allocation of resources is invalid,greatly reducing the level of quality of tourism urbanization;Secondly,The empirical part.Standard according to the actual situation of Sanya,were selected Comprehensive Evaluation of tourism development and urbanization indicators,using entropy method of Sanya Tourism Development in the level of urbanization index objective weighting,comprehensive quantitative analysis of Tourism Urbanization Index.Then,we use panel data analysis method,adopting empirical analysis to study the associated factors of tourism urbanization and employment structure,namely the use of regression analysis to case studies of Sanya tourism urbanization and employment structure.The results showed that the first stage of the impact of tourism urbanization employment size is not significant,but there is no causal relationship,but there was a significant positive correlation with the scale of employment secondary and tertiary industries.Finally,put forward policies and recommendations.In this paper,the relevant policy recommendations in terms of the household registration system reform,urbanization,vocational education,industrial structure,employment service system,respectively.
