Yanbian prefecture is located in the east of Jilin Province,on the border of China,North Korea and Russia.Here is the home of Korean ethnic group,is one of China’s ethnic minority autonomous areas,natural resources and tourism resources are very rich.As the country revitalization of northeast old industrial base of strength increasing,promoted its economic growth.Since the reform and opening up,the development of industrial structure in Yanbian prefecture roughly conforms to the three-paragraph rule described by Pedy Clark theorem,and has been changing to "three,two,one".In 1995,the transformation of industrial structure was realized,and the tertiary industry has occupied a leading position.However,in the labor market,the phenomenon of employment panic and brain drain has led to the incomplete talent structure and unbalanced labor development in Yanbian Prefecture.In addition,the level of enterprise informatization in Yanbian prefecture is not high,and there is a lack of high-tech industries.In this context,this paper analyzes the coordinated development of industrial structure and employment structure in Yanbian Prefecture by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and finds out the reasons for their disharmony,so as to put forward more practical countermeasures and suggestions.The research content of this paper is roughly divided into four parts.First of all,in order to match the first-Clark theorem and Kuznets in the industrial structure theory,money-Selma quin model as a theoretical reference,examines the current situation of the development of its industrial structure and employment structure,promoting the development of industrial structure since the reform and opening up findings presented by the "231" to "321",The employment structure is changing from "123" to "31".Secondly,using employment elasticity,comparative labor productivity,structural deviation and other variables to analyze the degree of coordination between industrial structure and employment structure in Yanbian Prefecture,it is found that the two development is not coordinated.At the same time,using the Grey relational degree analysis to measure of promoting the employment structure of the lag time,found that the time lag of development of its industrial structure and employment structure for at least five years.Third,based on the panel data of 8 counties and cities of the Yanbian region,analyzed the Yanbian area the influence factors of industry structure and employment structure imbalance,found that the rate of investment,Openness to the outside world,the employment structure and employment structure imbalance there is significant correlation between.The urbanization rate is the coordinated development of the industry structure and employment structure of the Yanbian region important influencing factors.Finally,based on the above analysis,the coordinated development of industry structure and employment structure in Yanbian put forward the following Suggestions: optimize the development of the second industry and actively expand foreign trade business,vigorously promote the new urbanization,improve the talent employment incentive mechanism,and develop ethnic cultural industry research. |
