Human is an existence that drifts its all life in time and multiply in the universe.We change the world.At the same time,we are changed by the the world. We came to the world alone,while we were related to everything.According Martin Buber’s theory, we exist in the "I-it" and "I-you" world,"it" is the world that holed up in the space-time network,"you" is the world that beyond time and space networks. And education not only help you survive in the world of "it", but also lead you unlimited approaching to the world of "you". Education achieve this article to resort to dialogue, Because the purpose of dialogue is that enter into soul and found the truth. The essence of human life is the dialogue.On the other hand, we are undergoing a period of transition and transformation at the moment, and our various values and ideas have emerged big changes. The largest fission point among these changes lie in our families and the most closely group in our lives. Typically, the elderly were marginalized consequently and the young generation seems to have lost the original link and the foundation of life. We discuss the dialogue between the elderly and young people in this thesis, because education is a natural process that the young man inherit the experience from the elderly.Under the current background, we wonder if the old people have the ability to educate their children and grandchildren.If their experience still work in our time? If they could guide their children and grandchildren to learn, work and live? In the other word, could the grandparents still educate their grandchildren? Is there a possibility of dialogue between them? Which level can they talk to? How does our education occur and change?This research suggests "the Where real life, are all met". It is also a thinker Martin Buber’s ideas. So, this paper mainly studies the meaning of education, the old man, dialogue. My conversation object is my grandpa. I was my grandpa’s dialog object. He used his life experiences and the understanding dialogue with me. I use my experience and understanding dialogue with him. He is the research object of my thesis. I am also the research object of my thesis. This includes the past, present and future. I and grandpa’s dialogue is not unidirectional, but common. The real dialogue can make me and grandpa met. Our theme for the dialogue with life. We meet in life. True education is to make people who meet. This paper is a research perspective of anthropology. Using educational narrative research.As I write this, I and my grandpa in the dialogue. Hope in the form of a dialogue between the two generations to reveal the connotation of education.
