The implementation of ability-guide physical class teaching in junior high school will ascertain the new curriculum goal in junior middle school physical teaching, and it is also an important way to push forward the reform of effective class-teaching. This paper aims to construct the ability-guiding effective class teaching objectives and strategies in the junior school by taking advanced curriculum reformed physical education theory at home and abroad for reference. The paper also makes teaching exploration in experiment researching classes, scientific experiment class and reviewing class to find a new kind of teaching model which forms the ability of learning as the center, the main line and the basis. The model accomplishes "learning before teaching, the problem teaching, the construction of teaching, the depth of teaching and contracted teaching" and it improves the effective of class teaching. the paper really implements the students’ability cultivation and promotion in all aspects of our daily teaching. The article tries to let the students study with their learning ability and hard work to learn and master the knowledge, and at the same time they can deal the problems in the teaching practice alone. By analyzing the academic achievement and questionnaire investigation from the students in the curriculum class, we find that the implementation of physical ability-guide class teaching in junior middle school not only develops the students’ ability of observation, experiment, scientific thinking ability, ability to analyze and solve practical problems, but also provides a good platform for training students’ life-long self-directed learning ability and plays an important role in promoting science literacy ability, and it greatly improves the efficiency and ability of teachers’ class teaching, and also makes the class teaching more effective.
